Who we are

Our story

Feed The Soul began with a simple belief: no one in our community should go without a nourishing meal. From our base at Plymouth Grove W, Longsight, we bring fresh food, practical nutrition guidance and friendly support to the people of Manchester.

Charitable objectives

Under registration number 1177408, our objectives are to:

• Relieve food poverty among individuals and families in need.
• Promote good health through nutritional education and access to fresh produce.
• Reduce social isolation through community meals and outreach.
• Work in partnership with schools, faith groups and local organisations.

Governance structure

Feed The Soul is governed by a board of volunteer trustees who are responsible for the charity's strategy, finances and compliance with UK charity law. Day-to-day activity is delivered by volunteers and coordinators who report to the trustees.
